Terms for SaaS subscriptions via x1managment.com / .de.

1. Scope

These terms cover X1 Stack modules and related SaaS purchased on this site. The purchase contract is with Paddle as Merchant of Record; X1 Management provides technical access.

2. Service

We grant access to purchased modules as described. Features may evolve while preserving core value. Beta features may change without notice.

3. Contract & pricing

Website offers are non-binding. The contract forms via Paddle Checkout. Taxes appear in checkout. Regional pricing may differ.

4. Term, trial & cancellation

Term follows the selected plan. Monthly plans may include a 14-day trial when shown at checkout. Cancel via Paddle Customer Portal / dashboard. Access ends after the paid period.

5. Payment

Payments via Paddle only. We do not store card data. Failed payments may suspend access.

6. Customer duties

Keep credentials confidential. No abuse, scraping or unlawful use. Team seats are for authorized org users only.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability and publish status at /status. Maintenance may be announced via banner. No warranty of uninterrupted service.

8. Liability

Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and personal injury. For slight negligence only for essential obligations, capped at fees paid for the affected module in the prior 12 months.

9. Privacy & DPA

See the privacy policy. A DPA is available on request at contact@x1managment.com.

10. Final provisions

German law applies excluding CISG. Severability applies. Venue for merchants is the provider’s seat where permitted.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record. Mandatory Paddle checkout terms prevail where applicable.
